Overview
High quality injection equipment This injection equipment is used for injection of hot melted adhesive. Our “PHAL BOK SYSTEM CO., LTD.” produce the two types of injection dquipment, electrical solenoid and air operated valve.
Features
The 2000 Series, which do not need any compressed air is easy to use as its mechanical structure is simplifled.
The 3000 Series, which are turned on and off with the use of an Air Valve, are reinforced with new materials.
It ha a funtion of adjusting a discharge rate (0~maximum).
You can selectively choose 24VDC, 110VAC, or 220VAC.
If you use a filter for the elimination of foreign materials inside the spraying device, you can prevent the Nozzle from being blocked.
As you can separate all the components (heater, solenoid coil, RTD sensor, and valve) independently so that they can be replaced easily, you can save time and money for maintenance.
The wire which is required for the operation of the spraying device, has a connector for easy connection (inside the Hose and on the bottom of the Tank).
