The system consists of various large volume heated tank, motor driven positive displacement pump, hot melt supply hose, hand gun with nozzle and control panel, Our hot melt supply units have been designed and manufactured for useing hot melt materials ranging from light paraffins and packaging adhesives to heavy product assembly compounds and even high viscosity sealants such as butyl rubber at temperatures up to 232℃.
The tanks and motor pumps are available with 7kg, 12kg, 20kg, 30kg, 35kg and 60kg. Tank temperature is controllable to 200℃ An adjustable controller is mounted directly to the melt tank. The hoses are up to six pieces each unit and hose temperatures are individually controlled by bulb capillary controllers mounted inside the unit. All unit are equipped with a flow control valve which allows precise pressure regulation and electrical power to the unit is controlled by breaker mounted directly on the front panel.
